At Formalist, we ensure your professional wardrobe fits perfectly; if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original shipping box and affix the prepaid return shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package.

Drop Off or Collection

Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary home pickup through our logistics partner.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
